- Maintaining a few close, meaningful relationships
- Practice prosocial giving and contentment
- Focus outside of self
- Practice mindfulness/meditation (e.g., Lectio Divina)
- Invest in experiences, not material purchases
- Exercise regularly
- Get the sleep you need
- Improved nutrition
